This table was commissioned by a couple in London – we worked closely together to overcome distance and logistics and create this unique piece of furniture.
This Trestle Table is made using the highest quality traditional joinery with no nails or screws used in the construction.
The table top uses traditional pegged tenon mitre joins and has six panels framed with brass inlay.
Inspired by French Art Deco designer Jacques-Emile Ruhlmann. A rectangular Cherry wood table top sits over a structural band of black ancient Murray River Redgum timber.
